What is Relational Inclusion?
Relational Inclusion is a practice of creating inclusive environments where all feel safe, valued and connected. It works by addressing power imbalances, promoting diversity, and fostering a sense of belonging to build trust, empathy and understanding between individuals.
What are Restorative Approaches?
Restorative Approaches focus on repairing harm and building relationships – by acknowledging emotions and behaviours and taking responsibility – to restore a sense of belonging or community.
